The Pictures above are: A-21-F Flat Tie A-21-F Flat Tie is used to tie steel frame form panels together. A-21-K Tie Keys are inserted through adjoining panels and the tie key slot. A-21-C Panel Clamps are required at each tie location to prevent lateral form movement. A-21-F Flat Ties are available from 6" through 24" in 1/2" increments. Standard breakback is 1/2". B-18 Single Flared Coil Insert B-18 Single Flared Coil Insert is made with the loop end flared for greater anchorage in the concrete. Standard lengths and sizes are shown in the chart. Special lengths and flare shapes can be special ordered.
